Privacy Policy

StreamNest collects as little personal data as possible. We do not sell subscriptions, process payments or hold accounts — so there is very little data to collect.

This Privacy Policy explains how StreamNest (“we”, “us”) handles information in connection with this publication (streamnest.tv). We are an independent editorial website — we do not sell IPTV subscriptions, process payments or hold user accounts. The data we collect is minimal.

1. What we collect

We collect information in two situations only:

  • When you email us — your email address and the contents of your message. We keep this only to respond to your enquiry.
  • Analytics (only with your consent) — if you accept the cookie banner, Google Analytics 4 collects anonymised usage data (pages visited, session duration, general geography). See our Cookie Policy for details.

We do not collect names, phone numbers, payment details, government identifiers, or any sensitive personal information.

2. Why we collect it

  • Email correspondence — to respond to editorial questions, corrections and partnership enquiries.
  • Analytics — to understand which content is useful, at an aggregate level. We do not build individual profiles or use the data for advertising.

3. How long we keep it

  • Email — retained for as long as the conversation is relevant, then deleted. We do not archive emails beyond operational need.
  • Analytics data — Google Analytics default retention of 14 months. You can withdraw consent at any time (see Section 6).

4. Who we share data with

  • Google Analytics— only if you accept the cookie banner. Data is processed under Google’s privacy terms with anonymised IPs and no ad personalisation.
  • Cloudflare — our CDN and DDoS protection provider. Cookieless analytics and security functions only. IP logs are ephemeral.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information to any third party.

5. Cross-border data flows

Google and Cloudflare operate globally and may process data outside your country of residence. Both maintain binding privacy commitments and comply with applicable international transfer mechanisms (including GDPR Standard Contractual Clauses). If you are in the EU or UK, these safeguards apply to your data.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. EU/UK GDPR, California CCPA, or the laws where you are), you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction or deletion of that information.
  • Withdraw consent for analytics at any time — clear your browser localStorage or click “Decline” in the cookie banner on your next visit.
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@streamnest.tv. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Security

The site is served over TLS (HTTPS). We do not hold databases of user credentials or payment data, which substantially limits our attack surface.

8. Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe we have done so, please email us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Updated” date above shows the last revision. Material changes will be noted on this page.
